The Carry-On Companion is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information is collected and how it is used.
When you submit an inquiry or sign up for the newsletter, I collect your name, email address, phone number, and any additional details you choose to share. As part of the travel planning and booking process, I may also collect sensitive personal information including payment details and travel documentation such as passport information as needed to complete bookings on your behalf. This information is stored securely within Fora Travel's encrypted CRM system and is never stored locally or shared beyond what is necessary to complete your booking.
Your information is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. Payment and travel document information is shared only with the travel suppliers and partners necessary to fulfill your booking.
The Trusted Resources page includes affiliate and referral links. I may earn a small commission if you book through these links at no additional cost to you. These partners maintain their own privacy policies governing their data practices.
This site may use basic cookies to support functionality and analytics. No personally identifying information is collected through cookies.

The Carry-On Companion is an independent travel advisor affiliated with Fora Travel Inc. Travel Advisor acts as an authorized seller for disclosed travel suppliers and partners and has no control over their operations. Travel Advisor is not liable for personal injury, property damage, cancellations, delays, or issues arising from travel suppliers' services.
Planning fees where applicable are non-refundable once work has begun. All bookings are subject to the cancellation and refund policies of individual suppliers. Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all trips.
All quoted prices are in USD and subject to change until a booking is confirmed. Clients are responsible for ensuring all travel documents including passports and visas are valid and accurate for their destination.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any claims must be brought within 12 months of trip completion.
